We started our Western US trip by flying into Las Vegas. We stayed at the Paris Hotel a couple of nights before driving to Utah where we visited Arches, Canyonlands, Zion, and Bryce National Parks before driving to Denver to fly back home. It was hot in Vegas (of course) but we were able to make some lemonade out of the lemons that we received. This was a good start to our trip. I like being able to expose my family to life outside of their neighborhoods. I don’t think these kinds of trips they will quickly forget. (At least that is my hope.)
